LSU has two loses. OM has three. LSU lost to number one Fla. and number two Bama. OM lost to Bama, SC, and AUBURN. How can LSU be an underdog to an unranked team. Please don't give me the "our players are hurt" crap. We lost some too.
#1 Ole Miss is at home. #2 LSU has struggled against everyone they've played. #3 Maybe our players finish this year just like last year. #4 What really good teams have we beat? :crystal::geaux::crystal::geaux::crystal:
OM was put in the spotlight for a good reason for the first time this season. OM only came up in the media about how much of a disappointment Snead was. Now they are being talked about because McCluster made Tennessee look like 11 of me playing on defense.
teams evolve and devolve over the course of a season. rankings have little to do with the line besides the influencing of some bettors. college teams are like stocks. they are worth different amounts at any given week of a season mostly because people are fickle. since LSU sucked against Tech the average person assumes we will suck even worse against ole myth. since OM rolled UT the average person assumes they beat LSU. not how it works but its how vegas does not need federal funding. the previous week's results influences people much more than anything else. its pretty much all they remember.
yes but has little to nothing to do with the line. ole miss woulda been a 3 pt favorite regardless. unless JJ is out. then they wouldnt put a line out. at least not yet.
Coaching. We have only put together one solid gameplan this year. (Auburn Game). Nutt never has the talent we do, but gets his players ready to play us every time. Plus we missed 37 tackles against La Tech and none of their backs are anything close to McCluster.
Home field advantage. Thats usually 3 points. Ole Miss gets another point for playing so well the past two weeks. There is your 4.
Home field. Conference rivalry game. Your team is playing much better than ours right now. Several key starters at LSU injured.
