    Yes he was a 4 star, right at the end of the line where the 3 star players start.

    CEH wasn't a big frog in a small pond. He played for Catholic High in the top division where he was integral in his team's winning and competing for state championships. Played significant time and made big plays even as a freshman when Derrius Guice was a senior. Was a definite 4 who could have been rated a 5 except for his size.
