I don't claim to know everything about play calling, but I do understand it to a certain degree. As fans we don't get to see the behind the scenes looks that the coaches and players see, and a stupid play one week is a brilliant play the next. And the puzzling plays on one down could be setting up the big play on the next. Its all tactical. Anyway, not complaining, I was just a bit puzzled with those two downs. The main thing that worried me was JJ looked hurt after for a sec, and I thought he was having a great game, didn't want his confidence to be swayed.
Funny thing about that is that this was the first game I saw MILES with a playcard on the sideline...:wave:
