If heavily favored West Virginia wins at home vs Pitt-- they play the Buckeyes for the championship. This monumental upset (despite bogus Big East referees!) has kept Miles at LSU. If LSU was not playing for the NC- he would have gone to his tradition laced alma mater & higher profile school - Michigan & Rodriguez would be at WVU. Hey Tiger fans-- now & into the future-- it's thank you & Hail to Pitt!!!!!

Or if "heavily favored" USC beats Stanford, they are playing in it and still a recipe for an Ohio State azz whippin. That's the sad thing, there are more than one team who could've been in it and still be able to take OSU behind the woodshed. UGA, Oklahoma too.

Completely agree! You could say that for just about any other team from the Big 10, Big East or the Pac 10 this year including USC.
