For those of us who are older & moved away from Louisiana to get much higher paying jobs out of college, know that he's highly successful. He's heavily vested in 22 of Top 30 businesses in the Fortune 500. "The Art of the Deal" was also required/ suggested reading in 1987 & 1988 for economics majors at LSU. Trump a failure? You know two facts about me and even those may not be correct. It's an anonymous internet message board. Don't presume to know me or my situation. You may be surprised who you're speaking to. So he's heavily invested in 22 of the top 30 businesses in the fortune 500. While I could sit here and debate with you what heavily invested his (hint: he's not), what does it matter. I'm invested in those same companies. Does that make them "my company" as you're now saying about him. Are you suggesting those are the companies that are "his fortune 500 corporation" that you are talking about no one else being able to run. Sounds like you're backpedaling. Just admit you were spouting off info and it's not correct. No organization with the trump name on it has ever been a fortune 500 company. It's just laughable, but typical of course. His casino, Trump Plaza Hotel, and Trump Resorts have all filed for bankruptcy. That's just a fact, not a judgment. I've read the art of the deal. The thing that struck me the most was how a guy in his twenties was able to make all those deals with his own money. As it turns out, his father built a $200 million dollar empire that he took over back in the eighties or so. Not exactly self made as most people believe. However, I never called him a failure. He's not a failure. But most believe he started from nothing and now owns some of the most prestigious properties in the world. It's just not true. He started with a solid nine figure backing. He also doesn't own many of the properties that have his name on it. Chicago Trump Tower, not his. Vegas Trump Tower, not his. I don't think he owns a single international building with his name on it. The man is a magnificent marketer and the greatest thing he's built is not his building but his brand. Good for him. There's something to be said for that. Unfortunately, most of his supporters think he can walk on water because of this image of a self made man who owns buildings all over the world. The same thing that will happen to Trump, he won't become president.
Did you read the story in the link. Nothing crazy about using pigs blood on muslims. Gen. Pershing did it with great results. If crazy terrorists actually believe that pigs blood will keep them from reaching the paradise they also believe in why not use it? I said a long time ago that every airliner should carry a live pig on every flight. A small Vietnamese pot belly pig should do it. Let the pig be seen by everybody boarding the plane. Trump may or may not end up making a good president but he is certainly no worse than most of the other serious candidates. Unlike Hilldebeast, Cruz, Kasich, Rubio and Bush, Trump doesn't beat around the bush. He will say things that make a lot of sense but no politician will say for fear of offending some raghead sympathizers. Well, maybe Hilldecunt has beaten around a few bushes if you know what I mean.
Rollin. Right. In New Hampshire Trump was declared hugely successful and Hillary was declared beat down; AND YET; Even though 35,000 more Republicans voted than Democrats Trump only got 5,000 more votes than Hillary.
