That seems to be a common thought and even Miles mentioned him specifically as one of 4 or 5 freshmen who could see some action early. Also, Thompson got a break when 3 secondary guys transfered and I think 1 or 2 of those guys were safeties. LSU is almost going to have to play some very young guys there because after you get past the starters, there is almost 0 game experience after that. In fact of the 2 deep depth chart, the ONLY guy I know who played at all last season NOT a starter or nickel back was Ronald Martin. Remember how everyone was roasting Miles for wasting a year with a late season burn of his redshirt.
