this is all true. for white people. black people already have a built-in mechanism to hate the police and its not going to change in our lifetime. and mostly its a learned behavior. we may have a few personal run-ins with cops, they have generations of hate and frustration. its two different worlds.

black people arent lawyering up in the hood for their day in court once they get roughed up, illegally searched, whatever. the court system is simply a money shakedown and they got little to offer. and public defendants? you'd be better off representing yourself.

they are going to say nothing then go about their way when possible. but this is where much of the hate and resentment comes from. nothing ever gets resolved.

but the rules of the game arent the same for us and them. never will be.

    It's true for everybody.

What I said has nothing at all to do with hatred of the police. It is about trying to keep your ass alive and unbeaten when dealing with cops. Whether you hate them or not, you can choose to fuck up or not fuck up.

Again, my advice is good for anybody. It's about fucking up or not fucking up. Your opinions about black anger, public defenders, and "rules of the game" may be true but are irrelevant to the issue of how to deal with cops. You can be lily white and wearing an Armani suit but if you sass a cop and attempt to resist they will beat the shit out of you with sticks.

the suspect isnt getting his day in court so they arent going to cooperate and play nice when whitey is beating them down or illegally searching. they fear the deck is stacked against them and react accordingly.

of course if he does nothing, he will just do less time. but hes going down because he doesnt have the legal backing to have anything dismissed. two different worlds altogether.

It doesn't have to be. It's one legal system. Nothing will change if some don't make an effort.

I bet she svuts the fuck up next time. Ok seriously it did look like she kicked him. Regardless, if she complies on the 7th or even 10th request, we're not talking about it. STFU and comply when ur detained. Plead ur case in ct.

Talking no matter how offensive the speech isn't an excuse for that reaction. Is a short skirt an excuse for rape?
It is a tough job to be a cop no doubt but they don't have any license for an over use of force like this. They should be held to a higher standard not allowed to flout the law or degrade those their prisoners or those they are supposed to protect.
