I think worst case it is a misdemeanor, no? With charges the real bust is on the dude that provided the photo. Any one can state anything at this point and I would not be surprised if the photog squeezed him for not releasing the pic.
this coming from the state that has places you can go into with a prescription and buy weed brownies, cookies, thc oils, and order off the pot list. all he has to do is go to a dr and get him to write a script for weed.

I would say his judgment is under suspicion, not for burning one, but for who he hangs out with. Who takes your picture and turns it over? What a shot to the nuts.
