    Go Kiffen.

    You douchebag.

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

UCLA on the lower rung of the PAC 1 and they lose at home.

Have a fantastic season, Vol fans. This one's gonna be ugly.

    Florida 73, Tennessee 0.

Had to pull for the PAC 10 in this one. Screw Kiffen. I'm glad the game turned out the way that it did.

It made me feel immature, petty and dirty pulling against Kiffen and for a Pac 10 team. But the end result sure made me feel....well, fulfilled.

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy. Can't wait to see what Florida does to them.

Vols vs. UCLA: Loss called 'embarrassing'
Kiffin takes the blame for inept performance

In his first nine months on the job, Lane Kiffin came off as (choose your description) brash, brazen, confident or cocky.

    Maybe all of the above.

After Tennessee's season-opening blowout of Western Kentucky last weekend, Kiffin turned a bit smug.
    ......

Kiffin acknowledged he "didn't do a very good job" of handling things with quarterback Jonathan Crompton. He said it was "my fault" for putting players like wideout Gerald Jones on the field in key situations despite a lack of practice time because of injury.

    ......

Kiffin, who oversees the offense and calls the plays, termed the offensive performance "embarrassing."
    .....
The UCLA game was a painful reminder that Tennessee is very much a work in progress. The opening rout of Western Kentucky was an illusion. The meltdown against the Bruins was a reality check.

I love that they lost. Even I, who thinks they will suck this year, thought they would win that game. Simply embarassing. He better get used to it, he's got at least 4 more left this season.

Anyone else sense a recruiting bubble about to burst at Rocky Top?

How so? Everything I'm hearing is that recruiting is going pretty well except at QB.

Tennessee picked up three 4*s yesterday and moved into the top five in recruiting. Bastards.
