Not to get technical or anything but in tourney golf they fill out each other's score cards. Boo Weekley made the error but Sergio signed it. By the time they'd figured it out, Garcia had already left the "official area". Funny though cause if you sign a wrong score but it's not in your favor, you don't get DQ'd but you still have to keep what you signed.
an okie thought... was sorry to see verplank drop. i wanted to see the home boy do well. a chick thought... who ever dressed austin should be shot. that shirt just screamed "beer belly". :grin:
Tiger is in complete command. I guessed his score which means I'm a genius. No way he loses. Its like the Open last year...he has a plan which is unbeatable for his game.
Didn't see much of the coverage today but on a fashion note, here's a tribute to one of my favorites. RIP Payne.
Tiger has had trouble hitting the fairways with his driver, and Earnie Els is playing well. Could be a problem for Tiger unless he starts getting some birdies.
He probably will only hit his driver one more time, the par 5 on the back nine. With that birdie & a 4 shot lead the Fat Lady is in the wings warming up.
Yea, I know. But those par 5s are his birdie holes. Needs to make those. But if he can maintain his 5 stroke lead going into the 10th hole, he will be looking in great shape.
Els just pulled a John Daly on the 10th and it paid off with a birdie. Now he is about to make another birdie. Boy, he just can't miss today.
