Uh, I seem to remeber a coach (active headcoach actually) who left the Miami Dolphins for a certain SEC west team.
Was that "uh", or "duh"? I've never had to remeber something, is that difficult to do? Well, that was part of the question jerkoff. :rolleye33: Ok, Saban to Bama. For some reason I was thinking of him resigning shortly before being hired, don't know what I was thinking. So it's not a first, any others?
71, there's no need for that. Take that garbage to the Rant, where it belongs. I've always heard about Petrino being 'flighty.' Guess this validifies that one. The dude just looks like he can't be trusted. He's got that weasel, squirrely look going...with those beady eyes and all. The competition that he'll face at Arky will be 'Miles' ahead of what he ever had to deal with at L'Ville. I think he'll make them better, but I seriously doubt they'll ever be as successful as his L'Ville teams were.
Petrino had some pretty good OFFENSIVE Louisville teams, but were his teams tough because of him or because they were in the Big LEast???
They were tough because of their conference. Question, who is R-Kansas first conference game next year??? :crystal: :geaux: :crystal: :geaux: :crystal:
petrino will be an upgrade for the hogs....heckuva coach at the 'ville. will quickly bring a new look to r-kansas. credibility? he's not going to win "Mr. Intergity" but he won't need to as visions of the nfl dance in the little piglet's tiny brains.
boy, the sec has really become the big boys table in the coaching world. my worry about a good coach coming to team we're in direct competition with is alleviated by the fact that the coach will probably dart out when a better opportunity arrives. man, why can't michigan just hire petrino and get this whole thing over with?
