Sounds sorta like the Saban doesn't it ? Programs all around him are having success. Recruiting is gonna be quite a challenge for him.
If Petrino loses to Nutt 2 years in a row he will be gone, don't you think? Remember, Houston Nutt is one of the best game day coaches around. When he wants to win a game he knows how to coach up his players.
Jeff Bower of USM had more class, love for his job and school, than anyone I can think of. And look what it got him. Fedora has been hired for more money and there is no comparison to what Bower has done. I don't have the stats with me, but it is something like winning seasons (14 in a row) and bowl games 10 of the last 11 years. I know it is not the SEC, but that is not his fault.:huh:
well they are both bolting for the NFL....that's what they are figuring into the equation that leaves Arkansas with 4 remaining starters, ouch so what happens when Arkansas goes 3-9 and goes 1-7 in the SEC....does he bolt? I think so.
I cannot wait for Nutt to beat Petrino. If he does it with an Ole Miss team that didn't even win a conference game the year before, I will have met my TV humor quota for the entire year. Plus the game is at Arkansas next year. Icing on the cake.
