Nobody in their right mind could have foreseen what occurred last night. Mind you I am very happy with the results, but any UF fan being honest was iffy at best with us winning much less by that margin.

Being honest, you guys got caught in a bad situation. You ran into a team that has had the potential to be volatile on offense that in many opinions was being held back by the coaching staff and had already backed themselves into a corner with the Ole Miss joke. We have been overdue to explode offensively. You had a freshman QB starting his first SEC road game in the swamp. Granted not tiger stadium but the swamp can still be a little intimidating especially to a young kid. In my opinion you guys are better off with Lee or Hatch vs RP. I think you guys have a better team with the Lee/Hatch combo and will get much better as these kids get more snaps in big game situations. You guys still have a good defense but they just got gassed there at the end.

If you guys run the table and in the process beat a probable undefeated Bama team, not only will you get to the SEC championship, but the rankings will straighten out as well. Being dropped down to 13 is BS. We however still have to take on UGA, who is also been backed into a corner, and run the table if we hope to make it to Atlanta.

BTW, I will still trade you guys one for one Meyer for Miles, hell I will make it three for one and throw in Mullen and Strong....somehow I don't think you guys will go for that one. Still lots of football to be played folks and much can still happen and a great deal can still happen in the SEC alone.

It just seemed to be one of those nights where our beloved Tigers could do nothing right. I saw a lot of slipping and sliding. It was like watching a bunch of drunks that attempting to play football.

Maybe Coach Meyer spiked our Gatoraid.

Your post was very classy. Congrats on the win. It was an old-fashioned azz whippin', and I know the Gators enjoyed it, especially after a heartbreaking loss in Tiger Stadium last year.

Florida was dialed in from start to finish. They were better prepared and maybe more importantly, more fired up for the game than LSU, which is hard to do for a Florida-LSU game. All the pre-game hype was in Florida's advantage. I think that had to do the RJF words, Florida's shaky offense, and the whole revenge factor.

Hell, I went in there expecting to win judging solely on UF's prior performances. Unfortunately, y'all found an offence this week and not later down the road.

But let me say this, should the stars align and both teams do happen to rematch in Atlanta, you bet your ass we're shooting for 50.:)

Thanks for posting. You guys were certainly hitting on all cylinders last night. Wish we could have made it a game. Hopefully it will be the only egg we lay for a while.

Good luck. And you can keep Meyers. He doesn't get a whole lot of respect around here.

Not sure if I'd trade Meyer for Miles, but CLM is definitely one of the best coaches in the biz.
