Brock Berlin has had a very good year. Very impressive, especially after all criticism he has had. Possibly ACC player of the Year, and thats despite a O-line thats played very badly.

Hester has played solid this year as only a freshman.

I believe John David Booty will be good as well. Too bad it would have to be for USC.

berlin has played exceptionally well after a very slow start to the season yet no way he wins ACC POY. Gotta be Bryan Randall, no?

Choker!!! How many 4th quarter comebacks has he lead? Did you see him against Louisville, and Fla St. How about Last year against West Virginia or What about last season when he was down what 20+ to Florida and lead them back. Even if you dont like him you must admit that he has been clutch. Last game he didn't make the drive but his OL was dominated.

I think he has 20+ Td with only about 5 Int. Who wouldn't want that? I think a common problem with some of the Evangel QB 's is that they are only used to that 10 yard shotgun they tend to run. Brock has really thrived when Miami ran the shotgun.

Can't you at least admit he has played well? Can you give someone credit for turning things around?

I've always considered Brock a 'choker' ...or at least as not having the mental toughness to lead a team. I have to admit though, that this year his performances have made me change my opinion of him. While he has been wildly inconsistent throughout his career, he got his stuff together the last half of this year and played very well. I give him props for solidifying his legacy as a good QB.

And we need to remember that experience wise Berlin would be heading into his 3rd season as a full time starter next year. Transferring to Miami put one heck of a lot of pressure on him and then he won the job but was inconsistent until about half way through his second season, which is probably when the light clicks on for a lot of QB's.
