    ignorant

What an ignorant comment. Did you forget that we still (LSU) recruit kids from Evangel!!!!! Come on now!!!! Chase Pittman, Jacob Hester, Phillip Maxwell, Byron Dawson, Robert Davis, Josh Booty, Abram Booty.

We also recruited John David Booty, Philip Geiger, Stevie Lee, and many others from this "Rapist School". I guess you saying Nick Saban and Company love to recruit these type of players.

Wake up and smell the coffee!!! This school year in and year out does recruit. As does the John Curtis' of the world, etc. It goes on everywhere. Peace!!!:lsug:

    LOL

Dude - how many people live up to "the" hype. Very few high school all-americans live up to the hype, whether they go to Evangel, Curtis, Hahnville, or Cotton Candy High School.

All I'm saying is Evangel has produced College Material. Not all-american material, but college football players.

If you actually look around in Louisiana teams that win football championships year in and year out seldomly produce college all-americans. They produce great high school players and role players in college football.

With that said don't bash players in Louisiana period!!! We should salute all of these kids no matter the circumstance or the school they come from until they prove otherwise. Remember they are all kids!!

Well what you were saying, IMO, is pretty ignorant. First you said you went there and now you just say you grew up near there. Shreveport is small enough to where I can say that I grew up near where Evangel is. That doesn't make me nor you an expert or insider of what is going on.

Also, the man proved you wrong when you said Hester will never start. Now you say you just mean "Hester as a ball carrier." For a fullback, starting is starting.

I don't think you are ignorant, just what you said...
