drugs are a university/legal policy. les had no choice. he covered for him every other time. no doubt he would have again if it was his choice. and that bothers me.
that is where we will have to agree to disagree. i dont think he would have covered for him with drugs involved, even if he could have.
buddy reported it was the 2nd or 3rd failed test. so i suppose the university policy is 2 or 3 strikes on the piss test and you're out.

I know a couple LSU kids who got busted with marijuana and/or marijuana paraphernalia by the LSU Police, they were reported to the LSU Dean of Students, and were placed on disciplinary probabation by LSU. They weren't kicked out of school. LSU isn't that Nazi. But my private high school, on the other hand, yes, they had a zero tolerance policy with even marijuana. Maybe LSU changed their policy as of late, but if so, that would be a new development. Now if we are talking about cocaine or heroin or crack, that's a whole different ballpark.
