    there is a lot of smoke out there, but I don't see any fire.

    All this "cleaned out his locker" stuff is bogus.

    Tomm, Miles has a press conference.

    Rest assured he'll be asked about it.

    Lets hope theres no fire with that smoke. RP is already on shaky ground and if any of the stuff posted in that blog are true, it wont be good news.

    Clair is right, usually something would be out by now.

    Very secretive rumor which probably means it has no wheels. Other message boards think the RP situation is the reason for this press conference. I am sure he will be asked the question by some reporter.

    I have a feeling this originated by a fellow classmate who realized he wasn't in a few classes but had no clue his dad just died or something stupid like that.

    Hope my feeling is correct and RP can grieve without dealing with pesky questions that probably do not mean a great deal to him at this time.

    the media is being real, real, real bad about this.

    they all know damn well this press conference is to name the new coaches (hell, I wrote a story about it last week), but they are letting the fire run it's course.

    bad, bad journalism.

    I don't know if it says more about the power message boards have now or how desperate some facets of journalism have gotten that "internet rumors" are now a part of the news...

    I started a thread trying to get TF's take on the rumors. I now realize that, if it's not on this board, there's probably nothing to it. Lesson learned.
