Yeah being silly people and country rubes that we are, we have that pesky trait of trying to use the correct terms...

Good morning to all...Hope you guys are staying above water down/out there. WTG on your baseball team coming around...looks like they are peaking at the right time. Hope all have a great day and weekend and
    GO APPS!!

    Good morning back Bandit!!

Yeah as I have posted he would not have fit in for us up in the hills.... RP being a 'flatlander' not sure if the altitude would have affected his stamina...heh heh. Of course then too is opinion that he would have to back up our QB who is only a Jr. so he would have used up his remaining eligibility waiting and waiting... (j/k folks..trying to get the coffee moving in your systems this a.m... I do wish him luck at J. State. I hate to see ppl so gifted just flush it all away...But some ppl. won't be helped...
What is the old quote..."It is a shame that youth is wasted on the young"?
    Have a good day..:thumb:

I'm sure you know this, but the Mountaineers are FAR better off without him and his planet-sized baggage. I was funnin'.

That said, wouldn't surprise me a bit to see him in the NFL. WOULD surprise me if he were SUCCESSFUL in the NFL, though.

There is a Divison II, why would you call FCS(I-AA) Division II when there is already a divison called that?

Because no one cares and that is what many say because they do not put that much thought into it. I see the same thing in many articles I have read. Common misconception that no one cares to correct.:thumb:

I think it's a horrible statement by this other school that they would want him. What's the message? We want talent, even if it comes at a very high cost? Our "values" are in the wrong place. This does this young man NO SERVICE to not allow him to face the consequences of his actions.

Coach Miles approves of RP going to JSU, so does JSU's chancellor. I'm sure that at least one reason that Coach Miles and the JSU chancellor are approving of this is because they believe RP will respond positively to the huge wake up call he got by getting kicked off LSU's team (think of a young man who drinks every night responding positively to having a stroke because of how high his blood pressure had gotten because of his poor habits).

If RP continues the same bad habits he had at LSU, he will be kicked of the JSU team as well. JSU just kicked their star QB off the team for disciplinary reasons (including a drug-related issue), and he was the only QB on their whole team (they were planning on having one of the brand-new incoming freshman QBs next year be the starter). JSU isn't going to take any crap from RP. If RP thinks the LSU community is conservative when it comes to moral behavior, wait until he gets to JSU, right in the middle of the Bible Belt. Sure, at JSU, RP isn't going to be in the media eye at the national level as much as he was at LSU, but at the local level, the media is going to be all over RP while he is at JSU.
