I'll do my best. I actually might bring a LSU sign to one of his games and possibly talk to him afterwards.

    What should the Sign say?

    something to get his attention.

That crap is going to be funny though...

some random LSU fan up in Virginia trying to sway him... haha itll be odd, but weird in a FUN WAY! :thumb:

And in '07, when we have Early, X-Man and LaFell and no one else is the example as to why I said we're not as deep as we think.

Granted, this past class, Miles only wanted/needed but 1 WR--and boy did we get a good one! But now with Amp departing (who would have added to our depth substantially for '07), we need to sign 2, possibly 3 WR's in this year's class.

I just saw today where Percy Harvin narrowed his list down to 4: Miami, Florida, Florida State and USC. No mention of us as a possible for him to take his 5th and final official visit. So at this point, I can't only use info that I see with my own eyes, and predict that our odds of signing him are very slim at best.

Assuming Dixon is our top target at WR, we need him badly. Not so much for '06, but very much for a red shirt Frosh '07 season...or for any other WR's we sign for this class.

Chris Bell, one of Rivals top 5 WR's in the country and a top 100 recruit has narrowed his list down to 5 and LSU is one of them. 6'3" 205 pounder is one of the best in the country.

Bell is a little slow for our recieving core. Runs a 4.56 40. Maybe he will be a very physcial guy and run real tight routes to make up for it though.

Michael Clayton runs about a 4.55 and look what he did. Don't judge a player from his 40 time...

I'm fully convinced that Chris Bell is the 2nd best WR in the country. His videos are amazing, his vert is 35 inches, his short shuttle is 4.15 (which is the same that Harvin runs, and is faster than any other WR that we're recruiting), and in the weight room no WR in the country is better. I see one the NE schools (UVA, Va Tech, or PSU) getting him though.

Bell also claims that he has been hand clocked in the 4.3's numerous times.

Here's a few of the top WR's that are considering LSU.

Of course we will drop off the radar for most of them, especially with the talent we have on the roster, but I have a good feeling about getting at least 2 of the top guys in the country.

Percy Harvin--I've read that he may have taken off of his visit list though.

Jamere Holland--Has LSU in his top 3.

Chris Bell--He has shown a lot of love for LSU recently. Said LSU may be his second visit.

Hawthorne--We're in his top 5. He seems to be keepinmg things very close to the vest.

Damon McDaniel--He has set up an official to LSU.

Jared White--We are listed as his fav.

Lance Kendricks--Has set up an official with theTigers.

Markeith Summers--This tall lanky guy likes LSU a lot.
