Per DandyD: McCoy and Dixon leaving...Is Les making room for more commitments?

I was thinking the same thing and always assumed thats how it worked. But I actually believe it just goes towards the 85.

 

Early enrollees count towards the next season's 85 limit. I believe they can count towards either the class before or the current class' limit of 25.

 

That's what I've always thought and when I went to look it up for Isl a publisher for UGAsports.com said it counts towards the 85, but that doesn't really make sense...it's like they are lost recruits. I think you're right.

I think Jared Mitchell will move to a baseball scholarship. With the receivers coming in if i was him i would focus on baseball. His better chance at going on is in baseball.

I think Coach Miles must know of a few more that are probably not going to make it grade wise.

I am really pleased with the class they have coming in this year and there is no doubt the talent level gets a move up based on this class.

With qb looking better i am really ecited for next year. We may lose a few next year but you better come to play because our Defense is going to be better which means more offense posessions.

The thing that struck me most was our lack of turnovers gotten by our defense. This is related to how aggrressive your defense is. I think we had good coaches but we missed the bo polini fire and attitude.

Chavis has that and defense is as much about attitude as it is x' and o's. I am not saying you can have one or the other. The best defenses have both.

Chavis looks like he has attention to detail and i hope we dont have the confusion in our secondary like we did at times.

I miss football already and this is the tough time for me as i am already very excited for next year.

8-5 was dissapointing but without an experienced qb it was inevitable. You dont win consistent in the SEC without good qb play.


And the SEC is going to tough next year. Ole Miss, Bama, Fla., Tenn, Ga., LSU, and even Kent, Vandy, and Miss st will be competitive. Not sure on SC just yeat but with spurrier you never know.
