Wouldn't it be funny if lil Nicky went to Penn St., brought them to a bowl against LSU and Les kicked his tail again.....

I can hear the voices in Nicky's head now..." Man I just can't get away from this crazy bastard".:rofl:

nick wants no part of this shiit storm even if you offered him a billion dollars. just aint happening. and the gumps are too delusional to be bothered even if he was to leave so its a lose/lose for those hoping otherwise.

now back to the originally scheduled pedophilia.

Just my opinion, but Penn St. should fire Joe today, and hire anybody who will take the job, as long as they have unquestionable morals. At the end of this year fire all the assistant coaches, and hire all new. The shower must be destroyed.

I think, what Penn State needs more than anything right now, is to have a miserably pathetic football team with a totally incompetent coach, who has unquestionable morals.

Why? Because they need to hit rock bottom and lay low. If their fans become so totally pissed off, over what a crappy team they have,.. maybe it will kind of push aside their scandal somewhat,..

Penn State then needs their totally disgusted fans and local press to just hammer on their crappy new coach, claiming incompetence, poor leadership, stupidity, whatever. What they most need is to divert attention, and change the topic. Administrators should hang their new coach out there as a whipping boy, until all anyone talks about is what a rotten lousy coach they have.

The national press and fans don't follow losers, after a while nobody will think about Penn St. much, which is good, the school needs to hide under a rock for a couple of years.

Then fire the sacrificial lamb, and hire a big name coach, who can ride in set things right and build a winner.

This scandal is different,.. Penn State is going to have to accept 2 or 3 years of very bitter/painful medicine, but they must bury this topic.

I agree with a lot of the prior posts, handled wrong, this disgrace could doom them for many years, and haunt them far longer.

so as I thought, houston nutt is their man.

but nothing they can do will cure the stench that remains. this will be worse than taking the ole miss job at this point. coaching suicide.

the only thing that can cure this is a completely new administration(s) and time. lots of both.

theres no quick cure and probably no intermediate cure.

all the money alums and power brokers are all out. which means zero recruits as well.

overnight this has become a football graveyard.

    sad, sad situation.

That's ironic because prior to this, many would have thought that JoePa has unquestionable morals. This is bothering my dad to no end because he had positive interactions with Paterno (and Sandusky) from a coaching standpoint. I can tell he wants to believe it's not true.

It's a shame for all of the good people like Penn here who did no wrong and love Penn State. Unfortunately for them it will take decades for Penn State to be relevant again.

Anyone want to coach at or send their kids to play somewhere with pedo-stench? Especially considering this appears to be a decade long child rape coverup? It's more than the actions of a lone monster. Unbelievable.

Whats the over under on how long it takes this piece of **** to get shanked in prison?
