Pelini absolutely still needs to be fired

In other threads, I have stated the same as I highlighted above in your post. I have to fault Oeaux & Pelini for bullheadedly proceeding into the season with neither the personnel nor practice time to teach the new scheme

 

And look at the progress he's made turning that Jayhawk's program around.

I think Ole Bo gets another year or two unless there are things going on we can't see. We lost a lot of personnel this year, no time to really implement the new D and the personnel was recruited to play a 3-4. Thinking they need to give it at least one more year IF they are all in on Bo and the 4-3. If they are not, cutting the losses now and going back to a 3-4 scheme makes the most sense.
