And as I pointed out, it isn't unprecedented, as Dubya did this as well. ALL standing meetings eventually end up with occasional minutae or bullshit. When this occurs or perhaps they are talking economic issues which are not their immediate area of expertise, they won't be invited. Spicer clarified however, they may choose to attend any and all meetings which puts the decision back on them.
