Obviously, Finebaum is (intentionally) going over the top (no pun intended) here. But his perspective seems to be right on. Kiffin will end up being Tenn's Sarah Palin...in way over his head, entirely unable to keep his ignorance a secret, and will ultimately be a liability to his program.

The SEC just isn't the place to test your karma. Can't wait to see this trainwreck unfold.

Finebaum actually started talking about him two or three weeks ago. Guess he knew something. Im sure UT fans are thrilled to call him a fellow alum.

It started right after Christmas. He was getting reports from some of his Tenn buddies about what was going on and gradually began chipping away at him. Now he's in full blown attack mode which plays well to his huge alabama audience. He was also on ESPN radio last week for a long time talking about this. Spread the word Paully

 

you mean he knew kiffin was in over his head? that wasnt news was it.

 

the way he conducts himself professionally and in public was. i think most pictured him as a victim that had been attacked by the raiders.
