It's one thing to film signals in a game setting, because that's sort of like just watching film. Sneaking into a practice is insane... If that is found out to be true, we need three *** next to their three :crystal::crystal::crystal:'s. I remember when Bill Parcells 1st took over the Cowboys he had 3-4 people who "looked suspicious" kicked out of practice and everyone thought he was nuts for doing so, but being he was a coach for the Pats at one time, I'd tend to think he was maybe on to something.
Re: Pats Accusing of Filming Rams Practices Prior to Superbowl title of the thread should be "Pats accused" not "Pats Accusing" grammar error on my part.
All teams sneak into opponent's practice sessions and film it? Is that what you are saying? As Clair alluded to, if this is found out to be true, this will get ugly real fast. Add to that the fact that Mr Specter is pissed that Mr Goodell burned the evidence of what the Pats were doing. Although the dude that filmed it may be having a coming out party and we're all going to be invited. Can't wait for that. Wonder how much Don Shula has to do with this?
Gotta admit, there is something fishy about that situation. Dude said they found no evidence of wrong doing, and burned the tapes. If there was nothing illegal in them, why couldn't the Pats get their tapes back?
Talking about cheating. And it was a great move to burn the evidence. There is a reason the NFL is a zillion miles ahead of MLB. They know they will catch some **** for this but if there is anything on there it wont hurt long term now. Great move.
Once again, Doesn't Congress have more important things to do that hold meetings on what a private organization did with a videotape? When the country is running on all signals, immigration problems solved, etc then i think Congress should get involved in this. I find this whole thing to be comical.
Exactly. Whether it's right or wrong, I think the United States Congress should have more important issues on their agenda. Ridiculous. :rolleye33:
