I don't think a new party would split the Conservative Vote. A New Conservative Party, one that doesn't bend over and grease up it's own asshole so the Dems can get to pumping away will take the entire Conservative Vote away from the GOP.

You can bet, the movement will be from the ground up. It won't go for POTUS, it'll go for all the State Houses, and then pass laws on the State level that make this past election fiasco impossible to repeat. The "Conservative Trump Vote" won "bigly" in the State Arena. Then it'll go for the federal positions, and finally POTUS.

Simply put, Conservatives have been around a LOOOONG Time .. and they have grown to hate the GOP. So, in reality, it's not going to be "new". After watching the GOP practically gift wrap this election and hand it to the Democrats by not demanding vetting of the election fraud claims, there will be no love lost for the like of McConnell, Ryan, et al. There are literally MILLIONS of Conservatives who are dropping the GOP registration like rocks. They are beginning to realize that it will be easier to form a new coalition than to clean up the stink fest that is the GOP.
