    I hate when a player gets this hyped up (especially one of our own) because it seems we are setting him up for a fall (Russell), but the guy is awesome.

    I believe he will be the next face of LSU. Shaq is arguably the most famous, ubiquitous former Tiger, but I think Peterson might take that over and become our Deon Sanders.

    At least I hope so.

    Peterson has the talent level and attitude to be great, but Shaq and Deion Sanders have more outgoing personalities. PP is less likely to drop an album and be in movies. I think he'll be a great representative of LSU, though.

    Anyone else bothered by the fact that he will be returning punts? Sure, he'll probably be great, but it's so high risk injury-wise, and you know teams will be gunning for him.
