This is what we have been lacking the last couple of seasons...a true leader on and off the field!!

Funny that he refers to Russell Sheppard as the starting point for the offense and not JJ. He's also pretty revealing in what he says and doesn't say about the coaching, I thought. Obviously, he is a motivated and intelligent guy.

Patrick Peterson is the gold standard. I hope the other kids follow his lead. He's a 5* recruit who has exceeded my expectations. I hope the team gets him an SEC championship this season. Despite the schedule, I think its possible.

And they say that Claiborne and Loston also have the right stuff. LSU may be hard to pass on.

I remember reading about him in his senior year of HS, after he committed. His dad is a DB coach and would run him through backpedal drills at 5 AM before school. That's when I first fell in love with the kid.

I also appreciated his composure when asked about the Alabama interception. Something like "well, we still would've lost so we're more mad at ourselves then the officials".

Good guy, head on straight, and the best corner in the SEC since Champ Bailey. Love is not a descriptive enough word for how I feel about P-Twice.
