He can have one of those at FSU, the other at UF or neither at UM so yes, I like what you're offering him. He needs to get out of Florida and come to Louisiana, we didn't even mention the food.
lockdown corner is so hard to get, and allows you to be so much more aggressive in your blitzing schemes, we need to get this guy, he solidifies us in the defensive backfield for the next 3-4 years
It would make sense that he announces at the US Army game on the 5th. I will definitely be watching with tiger-baited breath.
rivals... http://lsu.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=756373 btw...listening to his interview, he slips a little when talking about LSU. He was asked about LSU and he said something like when i get, then caught himself and said if i go to LSU. Did anyone catch that. Take it FWIW
Just went back and listened to him and caught it. I hope he means what he said "follow his heart" and hopefully just something little like that I will be seeing him next semester on campus.
Don't know if this article has been posted yet: http://www.miamiherald.com/sports/colleges/um/story/361785.html Johnson said his finalists are LSU, Florida and Florida State, though he said he liked the LSU campus the most and seemed to be leaning that way. He said he already has made his decision.
Well, I wonder how much he really likes LSU because he was pretty vocal a month ago about still beliving CLM would leave for Michigan dispite Miles saying he was staying.... I mean, with the way coaches come and go, you would think that the "who's coaching" part of the equation would come after "school/program" and "playing time"....but that's just me. WHo knows, maybe he'll be a Tiger, but I have a gut feeling that he's going to one of the Florida schools. ...just hope I'm wrong...
I cannot begin to tell you how big a coup this would be. A cover corner with 4.3 recovery speed......LSU can blitz blitz blitz, and then blitz some more with this guy back there.
Patrick, from what I understand, has a hard time trusting someone, so you're kinda guilty until proven innocent. So other schools got in his ear about Miles leaving, so he turned on LSU a little bit. But once he saw Miles was being honest about staying and once Michigan hired a new guy, I think he realized that he would be playing for a real honest man. I think he will be a Tiger.
