If a state wants to administer a health care plan let them, if a state doesn't that's ok also. People can vote with there feet as to where they want to live.

 

You can, I can, most on this board can, but if people can't leave when a disaster is coming, how in the hell are they going to for healthcare?

 

Our decisions should not be driven by LCD, it should be driven by what works best for majority. Then a safety net can catch the few that legitimately need help.
