so pay parking will start at highland....so if they are gonna do the guard shack enforcement then they will need to build new guard shacks at EVERY ROAD that ties into Highland along with every other road coming into campus. If they dont do that and go for enforcement after the fact..meaning cops walk around and look for cars without the parking pass and they cars get towed. well what happens if by chance friday all parking spots on campus are filled with non paying people....what happens to the people that do pay...are they gonna have to wait until the cars are towed? and if all it is is a hanging car tag i will gladly go buy one friday night and make forgeries for all my tailgating crew and anyone else that wants one
