The Cowboys have quit on him and I think he will quit sometime after Saturday's game. I would love to see Jeff Fisher or Cowher here but think they are longshots given their situations. Any ideas on who realistically could get the job?

Everyone keeps saying that he's gone, but I wouldn't count your chickens before they've hatched. It's been a weird season for the cowboys and I gotta think once they click, they will be hard to beat.

Plus, the Tuna has never been one to give up.

Yes, he could hang around another year. And frankly, I wanted him to....until I saw the 2-13 Lions shred the defense the same way the Saints, Philly, and Atlanta had done the previous four weeks. It is frustrating to see the same things work against us week after week. I understand we lost Greg Ellis to injury and I suspect that Anthony Henry is hurt. But other coaches have figured out our defense and Parcells seems unwilling or unable to counter.

jerry jones will try to hire the biggest of names, or the unlikeliest of names for the publicity...

Pete Carrol would be the one I would guess he would seek 1st.

That makes me want to puke.

He is not going anywhere. PLUS because they lost that game they get to play a Seattle team that has a VERY weak secondary. You can not tell me that Bill did not have that in the back of his mind. Eventhough the Giants are imploding you never want to play a confrence rival in a playoff game.

i love you, brother, but if you think Bill lost that one on purpose and chose to play in the NFL's rowdiest environment over playing at home against a team you beat on the road, then you're drinking a little too much jack lately...

I do like the Seattle matchup, though...

the last time I saw Bill as broken as he was Sunday was after the Giants loss, and Dallas played it's best ball in the weeks following that game, so we'll see.

Its Jim but the heart of it is true.

They do match up alot better with Seattle and have a GREAT chance of winning. And Seattles problems are injuries, New York is mental. New York could snap that problem at anytime and they do have talent on that team. Seattle is hurt and nothing is gonna happen to change that.

Did he lose on purpose, proably not he doesnt cross me as that type of guy, was he really that tore up about the game, I think he is taking lessons from TO on that one.
