The good part about it is they weren't in GB. They were in NOLA and they don't have to reverse anything.
saints remaining schedule aint pretty but its mostly at home. first 5 of 8 were road trips. now 5 of remaining 8 at home. first 4 on the back 9 are brutal matchups. luckily the division sucks or we'd already be eliminated. falcons and panthers will likely get a good bit better late however. Dude I'm echoing what plenty Saints fans were saying after Brees lost us a few games this year and got the team in a hole. And if you watched the interviews following the last loss, Drew felt some shit he aint felt before which was being called out for the fucked up playing by the fans who have adored him since he been in NOLA. Maybe he needed that to possibly squeeze another championship out of his career because he looks determined like he use to.
No, you were 'what if-ing' the team with a loss had they played in GB. I was just pointing out that it's pointless to do so because the game was played here and they won.
you're echoing? exactly the problem. now, brees suddenly looks more focused? do you know how stupid you sound.
After the Lions game he was blamed and was uncomfortable on the podium and rightfully so. I'm sure that added a spark to his focus.
Well, you've been making a lot of assumptions and basing criticisms on them. No doubt, DB hasn't looked as sharp in all games, but who knows, it may have been physical, and he may simply be a bit healthier the past few games when his long ball has looked crisper. For a few games, it looked less potent, but was that contract? getting soft due to family? loss of focus? age? or was it simply ribs, or shoulder issues? Who knows? But, what you should know about DB after 8 years with the Saints is that you never count him out. As Istlsl will tell you, he's one of the best competitors ever in the history of sports. Did you know that he is on pace for 5K yards again this year? And he hasn't even had a 400yd game yet this season, so he should reach the 5K. That would be his 5th season w/5K+ yards, easily an NFL record. Just 4 years ago, only one person had ever had one.
