Nothing? According to LSU Sports, Tas' had 20 for one team, and Bo Spencer had 21 for the other team. Garrett Green had 11 (on 5 of 9 shooting) and played for 30 minutes, which is encouraging. Storm Warren had 8 boards. Not a lot on other players in a 46-46 30 or so minute scrimmage... More from NOLA... http://www.nola.com/lsu/index.ssf/2009/10/lsu_basketball_purple-gold_scr.html Dotson had a rough shooting night (1 of 7), but 5 assists. Eddie Ludwig had 3 points, 5 brds-- ok night. Feedback on Malcolm White is very positive. Too bad he has to sit out this year. I think it could be as expected... rusty team, and a team in progress, but there are some interesting pieces out there and if healthy, this team could improve as the season goes on, perhaps surprise some people.

I took my 2 year old, but after the autographs he really wanted to go see Mike the Tiger, so I missed the scrimmage.
:nope: :dis: ... :yelwink2: I think the number one thing is some of the kids were able to play. Green, Dotson and Spencer are all on injury recovery mode, and they were at least able to play a lot. While I think a lot of the other kids are rough around the edges, it seems like there were "glimpses of hope" around Harris, Green, Farrer, Dotson, Bass, Warren that we should take as positive. I think it's also fair to note that they teams were scrimmaging against themselves, so you have to split up Spencer and Tas' onto separate teams. If you put Bo and Tas' on the same team, they're a decent 1-2 punch and the key will be finding another 3rd scorer, and also making sure that the full team can really play some good team defense. Many of the other guys will have to provide quality reserve and role playing minutes, but we're not going to expect them to do 20+ minutes a game necessarily. Based upon last night, I think you can say that Green, if he can stay healthy, will be a nice complement to Tas/Bo on the inside. Farrrer and Dotson, if they can get more comfortable with their shots and relax a little, may also be adequate at the 2. A starting lineup of Bo, Farrer/Dotson, Tas', Warren and Green, while not striking fear in the hearts of UK or MSU, might be pretty decent on most nights against most teams LSU is playing. I see though, getting reserves Bass, Ludwig and Harris, a lot better as soon as possible as being key.
Great to see Green able to get a lot of time last night and it seems he did pretty well. Farrer had a bad night shooting the ball and considering he has never found his shot since he has been here I don't expect he will in his senior year.
