don't you get it, Grad? it's to show disrespect for Santa.

he's calling out santa, just like he calls out his teammates, and that makes him a bad teammate, a bad person, and he is worthy of the death penalty...

there... i did my best sean salisbury

the thing i find funny is how ESPN LOVVVVVVVVES to talk about an unofficial stat: DROPS...

DROPS ARE NOT AN OFFICIAL STAT TAKEN BY THE NFL. THEY COULD SAY HE HAS 1,000 DROPS, AND THERE IS NO WAY TO PROVE IT TO BE TRUE

but they refuse to talk about an official stat: which is 12, the number of TDs he has to lead the NFL's receivers...

Yet, Schlereth and Salisbury and all the other dicks are always ready to say how he is good, but not great anymore.

    Here's a hypothetical for you:

If this guy drops a pass in the end zone on the last play of regulation in a game the 'Boys lose by 4, but he scored a TD earlier in that game, which play was more important? Are you going to ignore that drop since it's an unofficial stat?

I've only watched a couple of Cowboy games this year, but I have seen him drop passes on 3rd down, and once on 4th down. Those kill drives. Meaning your 'Boys don't score. And when they lose those games, his TD in the 1st qtr becomes irrellevant.

I really don't care at all about what is an 'official stat'. But as a longtime Cowboys' fan who has seen every game for 15+ years, the guy drops too many balls that hit him in the hands (or chest). Great article in the Dallas Morning News by Jean Jacque Taylor today that documents a few of his critical, drive-killing drops. The timing of his drops is horrible.

It also pointed out that 7 of his 12 touchdowns were when the Cowboys were already up by 10 points. The article included a chart showing that his whining about not getting the ball early was completely without merit. (I can't link the article since you have to sign in.)

Frankly, I never liked TO and did not want him here. But once he was here, I tried to find a reason to like him and certainly wanted him to help us improve offensively. I gave him the benefit of the doubt until that backbreaking drop on Christmas night. Now I think he is a mediocre receiver who has little positive effect on our offense.

i'd like him here for all three years...

b/c last year I watched a Cowboys team that I thought had zero chance to win the Super bowl, because their offense wasn't explosive enough.

Granted they have zero chance to win it this year, because of the lack of a 2nd safety, but the offense hasn't been much of a problem except for last week, and even then, if Bill isn't a jackass and runs a toss on that 4th down play, we probably have 14.

are you aware that humans can count anything they want, even if that thing isnt an official stat of the nfl?

so if you wanted you could count how many cars are in a garage or how many cheeseburgers you ate or even how many times to has dropped a ball over a season. these things are not some sort of elusive and secret numbers, that no one could collect without approval of the nfl. all you need is the ability to add.

How much of an a-hole TO is isn't an NFL stat either, but we all keep track.
