I think we are forgetting the possibility that Peveto gets fired and Mallory gets promoted. I don't think it's far fetched.

What makes you think LSU deserves to go to a bowl game? Just because they won the National Championship? The way they played this season, you never knew for sure who, or what you were going to see. There was no consistency--except for the fact that Lee was going to throw an interception on his first pass of the game. LSU needs to learn from this and humbly withdraw itself from bowl consideration.:geaux:
You are exactly right. This team is good enough that we should just give up that extra month of practice. We don't need it at all. :thumb: Dumb.
This isn't even an option. Just think JJ has a month to get prepared for the game... I think he's even better in the bowl game... besides the obvious D issues... we need the O line to get back to protecting him and we need the recievers to get open and create mismatches.
Don't forget that the bowls pay the team and the conference... I don't think Alleva wants to leave that money sitting on the table.
