    Hi Tiger fans,

I'm a rabid Duck fan, and I don't understand why everyone else isn't.

I don't remember the specifics, but it's said that men think about sex just about every split second. My obsession with the Oregon vs LSU game has reached this level. Although the smokin hot Duck cheer leaders are very distracting..... What was I talking about, oh yeah, Football!

I've enjoyed this site since the Dallas game was announced. Knowledgeable posters, and less flaming than I expected. (Auburn's fans were intolerable by the way).

I've been convinced that perhaps just maybe the SEC might be the best conference. But, the SEC superiority talk, ugh, it never stops! Very hard for a PAC fan to stomach. But, as someone earlier posted, "if you want the steak, you have to beat the big dog". Can't argue with that.

Ducks are on the rise, as is the PAC12, but we're not there yet.

Off topic, I have no affiliation, but a Eugene Company, ShadyPeeps.com sells awesome yellow and green sunglasses, I noticed that their LSU glasses were pretty great looking too.

Go Ducks, soar past the Tigers in Dallas, and then again in New Orleans.

Welcome Giant. Why not start a new thread and tell us something we don't know about Oregon, which is a lot, I'm sure. This thread is getting a bit stale.

There you go putting words in my mouth again. I didn't say he wouldn't get hit. I doubted he would get hit OFTEN.

I'm in defense mode constantly, because you are attacking constantly. Continually putting words in my mouth to justify your arguments. I'd love to just talk X's and O's, but the "SEC is the best conference in the land, so we will beat you" argument is getting stale. If you throw out the conferences and just look at the match-up's in this game, you'll see why Oregon fans are confident.
You talk about how AU did against us, as if that's what LSU will do. There is a HUGE difference between AU and LSU. AU had offense, LSU did not, and does not.

You have to agree with that, right? You keep stating you won 11 games with no offense.

You talk about Oregon beating Tennessee as if that's what they will do to LSU. There is a HUGE difference between Tennessee and LSU.

You have to agree with that, right?

Duckfan I agree. The pissing contest is old. I want to reiterate that I respect and even admire whe system and style of play that Oregon has installed. They have been hugely successful and took a big step last year. Let's just start over and like red said, let's just exchange info and keep it to the nuts and bolts of the match up. Of course there will be flare ups but it's exhausting going back and forth trying to one up eachother with snide remarks. We both have passionate fan bases and of course we want and in this case, because of the magnitude of the game national champion wise and the fact that it's a prime conference matchup, are extra vocal right now. We will be different on offense tho. It's a whole new year . You are going to think ur matchups are an advantage and we feel the same about our matchups. The best we can really hope for, duckfan, is a classic.

Respect for Oregon will start when Chip wins a big game ! Just a little food for thought - LSU bowl stats for last 10 years vs Oregon ?

Les is 234 and 1 against OOC teams

Les is 5-1 in Bowl games

Sec vs Pac 4 yes it matters

Sec has won the last 5 BCSNC - yes it matters

3 of the last 4 BCSNC teams have come out of the SEC West - yes it matters

We played our worst game of 2010 against Tenn - yes we did

Will we beat Oregon ? you have to play the game but LSU will be ready for the game

Oregon will get lots of run by the talking heads and they will even say Chip might out coach the Hat. We will make Jerry's world look like Death Valley on Sept 3rd so get ready.
