I'm sorry duckfan but now u are really revealing ur lack of knowledge. U are flat out wrong. The statement about us not having the line Auburn had or questioning our speed off the edge is comical. I mean I literally laughed out loud. I even scanned back to see if it was taken out of context but nope. U actually said it and meant it. If we have anything, we have speed to burn on the edge. U will be very familiar with our ends by the time the fourth quarter rolls around. Monty and Mingo are premier speed rushers in a league that puts a premium on pressure. U have been throwing out stats for days. We get it. Google is great. But football is not as complicated as the BS stats u have been throwing out. The best team will win but ur ducks better bring it for 60 minutes.

Fairley was an unexpected surprise for Auburn. No one knew he would be so dominant. Who is to say our unit won't cause the same havoc?? We don't know yet. Also no point in comparing d lines as if they will be facing eachother. U better take a look at our O-line

Get over it red. I know what it means and so do u. I'm not writing a paper. If u over you bothers you so much then don't bother reading my posts. it's hardly an inconvenience or lack of intelligence. It's an abbreviation. It's quick and simple. Soooooo I guess "u" can just deal with it. Or would u like me to point out the asinine grammatical errors u so often make that do not hinder my reading and comprehension in the slightest. I'm almost always multi tasking when I'm on here or typing on my phone so get over urself.

And I would be surprised if davenport ever plays. On either side.

Anyone want to guess Fairley's #'s for the 2009 season? Nothing to write home about, 28 tackles, 1.5 sacks and 2 TFL. Aubarn had a dozen players with more tackles that year. He took a giant step in one year.

Thank you. This was my point. No one could have predicted the impact he would have.

So true, in this day and age, you never know who's gonna step up. Sheppard, the second LSU player taken in last years draft. Barksdale in the 3rd. round. You never know. One thing, after PP7, every LSU player was up for grabs. Four LSU Players taken in the third round? Since Miles has became LSU's coach, 15 of his players have been drafted, 8 in the third round or better. Les has coached 8 first round players at LSU. Not bad numbers.

I like Darron Thomas as a person and a player but yes, he will get hit. Whether he will get rattled remains to be seen. poise is part of the game though. Nerves are not an excuse. Partly a reason for losing maybe but there is a difference. But of course if it wasn't for the mis reads and over throws and slippery turf and nerves and lack of protection and the wrong uniform choice and having to play an undefeated SEC team u guys def would have won. Did I leave out any other reason for losing? FYI- we respect ur ducks. We respect the staff but what our conference has accomplished consistently gives credibility to our opinions. Most of them anyway. The solution is difficult to accomplish but simple in theory. WIN. Ur program is red hot. Lots of hype. Great staff and support but u have to beat the big nasty dog if u want the steak dinner and the SEC is the biggest nastiest dog at the moment and has been for a while. It is what it is guys. I know it sounds boastful but it's just the truth. Plain and simple. Win the big ones and the props will follow.

That's doubtful, but even if he does, he'll take a hit and deliver. He proved it last year.

You see Oregon as weak, because you view the PAC as weak. I understand that. The little brother needs to kick the big brother's butt to get respect.

We'll see soon enough. Btw, did you see this?

Top 5 players at each position

Not a LSU player on it. I count 4 Oregon players... Hmmmm
