Two third down passes on target in the fourth quarter....dropped. Every pass in the OT was on target. He made some bad throws early but he did everything asked of him with the game on the line. Other people have to do their jobs too.
he is just not good dude. You cannot defend this QB play. You also cannot defend the coaches for putting LSU in this situation. Its just bad all around. 31 passing yards in the 1st half. We throw out of desperation. Not because we can. There is a huge difference between the two and LSU is NOT closing that gap.
When this is the situation for five of the ten years Les has been at LSU, maybe some blame should fall on him...

100% agree. Everyone in the US knew we were handing off almost ever other play. If we had a 16th of a play fake or a passing play of any kind we would have won this game. IMHO Jennings and our stagnant o lost this game for us. Our d was cock strong and as matured 100% since the first game.
Gotta tell you I disagree with this so hard. Miles actually coached a good game (which is bard for me to say) the problem is we handcuffed our offense because our QB can't complete the more difficult passes. We blew the gumps off the line and the d was great. Throw in some play action and we come away with a big win. Conversely Nicky was an impudent little prick who got lucky.
I tend to agree with this. We've seen massive improvement in nearly every aspect of the game except WR and QB. Jennings is not an SEC-caliber QB, and with that tentative, scared-to-throw mindset, he won't become one. He has Lee's mentality with Jefferson's running ability. That severely limits what Cam can do with the offense. Our best hope is for Harris to make massive strides in the offseason. We can argue Les' ability to recruit competent QB's, but I can't put the blame on him for this game.
Problem is from what I understand he is looking for places to transfer. Because of the lack of playing time. Hope the rumors are wrong.
