    The Supreme Court ruled genes are not patentable. This is a positive all around. Interesting that it was a 9-0 decision and Clarance Thomas wrote the opinion.

    There was absolutely only one way to vote on this issue.

    Clarance Thomas said in his opinion "y'all can't copyright no DNA man! Yo Chuck, is they crazy man!"
