I remember being left in kiddy jail watching loony toons on the VHS with bout 30 other kids at Warehouse Foods on Airline in BR. Literally had iron bars. Parents just dropped kids off and left. I also remember my old man taking me and siblings to Chucky Cheese on College. Give us a bag of tokens and off we went for 4-6hrs. He'd go slink off to the Daddy lounge and watch football on big screen and drink pitchers of beer.
True to form O pulls a late recruiting surprise. Beat out Bama for Desmond Little https://247sports.com/college/lsu/A...le-Vigor-High-National-Signing-Day-128793396/
Bama took what they wanted. Little had a non commitable offer from bama. we missed on the big targets and settled for a 3 star with upside
I don't follow recruiting that closely but I watched an interesting feature on ESPN that focused on Bama & Clemson and type of people they recruit. In addition to athletic talent they put as much attention on the athletes character, conduct, and other human skills. Given Bama & Clemson's success I'm surprised other schools don't copy it.
