Tigers showed heart and put up a good fight, I didnt think it would be that close. LSU just isn't quite there yet, would love to see every non senior stick around another year.
yeah not there. with experience comes finishing games. we aint there but we have a good core to get there.
I just didn't see Oklahoma as the better "team." What they had were trey shooters. That seemed to be about it down the extended stretch. Frustrating when a team like LSU is doing everything necessary, JJ aside, to play great D, accomplishes that...then the other "team" hits what seemed like 5 or 6 treys in a row. I don't see that as great BB. I see it as great shooting. If Oklahoma gets stopped on the outside, they WILL lose. They definitely have some excellent talent though. Not trying to take that.
We are just fine. Hopefully we keep winning and get to the tournament. We can beat Oklahoma. We know we can now.
LSU fans bombed the OU team with drinks, food, etc as they headed to the locker room as the game ended. probably stopped the FU Buddy chants however. here's hield prior to the game signing for young tiger fans. stay classy student section.
The FU Buddy chant was audible throughout the game on the TV audio. Classy act by the students at the end of the game. I doubt that real fans would have done what the students did.
Ben Simmons got to touch the ball more when game is on line. He is the projected number one pick for NBA this year he needs to touch the ball.
