We had 11. But they seemed to hit theirs when LSU was about to blow them out the building. But thats what good teams do I guess. They kept fighting. But they did so with the best player in the country. Our final drive wasnt so bad. He just had too good of defense in his face. layups are what you want. this is lsu basketball not football. the #1 team in the country had to get pretty lucky to beat us. with the best player in the country. what im saying is with LSU basketball i accept moral victories. i feel better about this team despite the loss. what hurts is it was needed to get in the trny more than likely. sucks they really need another year together.
Disappointing loss no doubt. Oklahoma is the better team, but LSU certainly had their chances to win in a game that certainly meant more to the Tigers. By the way, Buddy Heild is the real deal, and is an example of how great college basketball use to be. He's a senior playing a sport that rarely sees great senior players anymore. Imagine Ben Simmons in 3 years.
