Other Teams recruiting

    Is any other team even close to having 7 commits? I dont really follow other schools recruiting, but this has to be close to unprecidented (# of commits this early). Anyone know?

    PS: I guess the recruiting forum has been eliminated, so I post this in the den. Recruiting forum was moving slow anyhow

    Recruiting forum has been moved to the main page. It will get more action later in the year. It was hot just up until National Signing Day.

    Not sure about the recruits. It would have been interesting to know if OU experienced this last year.

    The Recruiting forum used to be a sub-forum of the Tiger's Den. I thought it was taking up too much room at the top of the forum so I made it a sub-forum of "Sports". You can still access it via the drop down menu and from the front page.

    Yea Michigan has less recruits than we do, but right now theirs are better quality. I hope Dandy was right when he said,"a couple more recruits are very close to committing."

    WOW!!!! No reason to panic yet, it's march 9th and we have 7 quality recruits commited. What is much much more important than how soon we get more is the quality of the ones we get. With 7 slots taken I would expect Saban to get extremely picky with the scholarships remaining. USC was ranked #1 this year in recruiting not because of quantity but because of quality. Such a fast start should greatly help Saban and company concentrate on the best recruits on their board. This should be an unbelievable recruiting class.:geaux: :lsup:
