I think you will get your wish Okie. 15-6 Fresno heading into the top of the 7th. And, I know LSU was young and all, but I still believe we could have won this thing this year. Watching Fresno do this is really eating at me right now.
Wow, after a relatively low scoring CWS, this game tonight is making up for it. This game has all the makings of USC/Arizona St from 1998 by the time it is all said and done.
I would like to see the SEC win but everyone likes to see the Cinderella story come true. Fresno sure is making it exciting. Just wish those two teams would put some people in the stands. :rolleye33:
seems to me that (almost) two weeks is too long for the cws. there are a lot of days that only one game is played. i would think that for the average fan that wants to travel with their team, that is too much, between taking off work and paying for hotel, etc. i know a lot of the cws crowd is omaha people, but i would think that there would be more people there supporting each team if it werent so long.
Quote: Oh, and these Bulldogs haven’t played a game at home since May 11. Tuesday’s game marked the 21st straight away from Fresno. That’s six weeks on the road. http://www.kansascity.com/159/story/678113.html Screw Georgia, Go Fresno State! What a story plus Georgia cried too much after football season! This Fresno State team reminds me of our Tigers, they had to just about as much is our Tigers did to make it to the CWS.
