With a win... OSU needs about 18 of the 59 coaches to put them #2 and the rest to have them at #3. Then they need about 35 of the 115 Harris Poll Voters to put them #2 and the rest to have them at #3. OSU needs to be #2 in every computer and they are IN!!! This is about to get real interesting!
Please explain how VT loss so significant. I recall you had mentioned in another thread that OSU needed certain outcomes in other games...what were those games?
ok I am confused here.....If we play the gumps for in the NC game (which I dont think we should I think it should be OK ST) and God forbid we loose. What does that mean? The gumps cant be champs b/c we beat them in the regular season and we would still have a better record. Would it end up being one of these split NC bs things? If so then what is the reason for us to play the game?
VTech is ahead of Okie State in the human polls, and they could take some 3rd place votes away from them. Okie State needs to be no lower than #3 on anybody's ballot to have a legit chance.
That's what I have been complaining about all this time. What does a close win by Bama prove? Who does that satisfy? An ubiased college football fan couldn't make a decision as to who should be #1 at that point. That's why LSU should face Okie State. The winner is a true champion.
Yeah, 3 of the 4 computer polls will switch over to OSU being #2 tomorrow. That's all Okie State needs, since the low and high are thrown out.
