He's dead....just as he was the day before the raid....and the day before that. It's common to cut off finger tips/fingers to provide DNA/print proof. That wasn't done here so no need to buy the theory that the body was dumped at sea. Bin laden was a figurehead anyway....an old pervert who did nothing but sit around and watch internet porn all day.
He is trying to deflect from Russia. The Nixon sanctioned break in at the Watergate took place with the GOP clearly ahead. So Clinton being ahead would not have mattered. Having said that, to spout off while offering no proof is way beyond sane!
