Convenient how Eaux's record at usc and LSU keeps getting forgotten. Just keep beating the ole piss horse. The whole breaking LSU offensive records and all. No changing ever. I guess that Belichick guy failed in Cleveland so no one should hire him, also that Pete Carroll (douche bag) failed in New England so lets not pick him up either.

Pardon me tap, tap, tap, but there are posters here with far more analytical ability and better takes than Michael Shamburger.

What sense does it make to simply put "Canada's stats" up side-by-side with LSU and claim some sort of reasonable argument that he's barely better than what LSU has had? Compare Canada against Canada and the results he's had in his career.

In 2011 in his one year at Northern Illinois, their offense was in the Top 12 nationally in Total Offense, Rushing Offense, and Scoring Offense. Horrible, though....right?

In his 3 years at NC State, both YPG and overall National Ranking improved year-over-year. YPG, PPG, and RZ% also increased year-over-year. Just God awful.

In 2015, against Miss St in the Belk Bowl, NC State put up 424 yards and 28 points. LSU played Miss State too....put up 266 yards and 21 points. Really bad hire, that Canada.

From 2008-2010 at Indiana (from Shamburger's own link), Total Yards went from 4178 to 4380 to 4650. Yards Per Game went from 348 to 365 to 388. What the hell was he thinking? Nobody should improve an offense.....right?

Just think what he might have done at those schools if they'd had half the Defensive talent of LSU. When your D spends all their time on the field, your Offense has little time to put up the numbers and yet everywhere he's been, he's put things in a better place than when he arrived.

You should realize by now that tap will try to find anything, and I mean anything to try to justify his thoughts. It's been seen time and time again on here. He reaches for straws and talks out his ass constantly.
