Possible but even Joe Aleva can't be so stupid that he would think Cameron was to blame for the shitty offense. Jimbo, Crowton, Studs & Cam and the O remains the same.
So three of the four were either drunk or high. Does that say you are hanging out in the wrong places, or conversely the right places?
Yeah but no one wants to fire the head coach midseason. He could have fired Cam and it would have pacified a lot of people. We know it wouldn't have fixed the real problem, but they could have kept him in place until the end of the year and then they could have made a move. I think it's great to do it as early as possible to start the healing process sooner rather than later. Fact of the matter is it should have been done at the end of last season. They fucked this up royally and should be held accountable as well. Anyone who wanted him to stay and eventually got him to stay from the BOS and the administration should have to walk too.
Everyone keeps saying mid season, but we're only 1/3 through. We haven't even made it to mid season. The only reason I bring it up is because it shows ineptitude by the AD to not make the right decision when one should've been made last year. So now we have to trust they will now. And I think O is great at what he does, but he's a junior level HC in my book. He had no success in the SEC once before, and given that track record, I don't expect to see him have any here. This season is a wash to me. And before anyone says "yeah but with all the talent LSU has", just remember that talent was here when Miles was. Regardless of if the game passes Miles by or not, I don't think O is the answer. But I like being wrong, so maybe I will be.
Not really a fair audition with basically the same offense. The LSU team is doomed regardless this year.
