I can remember back in the early 2000s, an NFL coach by the name of Pete Carroll took over an under achieving USC squad...Just like Ed O, his ability to bring USC back to the glory days was being questioned.. Just like ED O, a lot of USC fans were NOT thrilled with the hire of Pete Carroll..Truth be told, when LSU hired an unknown coach from Michigan St.named Nick Saban, a lot of LSU fans were not happy with the hire....When we dont know, we assume the worst....For those of you doubting Coach O, sit back relax and enjoy a very fun and successful football season in Tiger land.......GEAUX TIGERS...
I'm in no way going to go out on the limb of saying that O will become the next cheat carroll or the little devil. Those dudes just have something or maybe it is a lack of something, like a soul, idk. I agree with the premise of the statement though. The next "great" coach isn't someone that is coaching a power 5 right now ( or in this case previously) All these idiots that would swallow Les Miles' next batch of baby batter "that is you taint" don't realize how unimpressive he was at okie lite. They don't see that Lil Nikki wasn't setting the world on fire at MSU. Success, sure, depending on where you set the bar but nothing ground shaking regardless of where it is set. Lets sit back and see where this crazy cajun takes us. One way or the other it will be a helluva ride
